Gibson Flying V model details
2013–2014 Government Series II Flying V
The guitar pictured here is the Government Series II Flying V in Government Tan, not the earlier Government Gray Series I. The tan finish and eagle emblem on the pickguard identify it as a Series II example. The series used rosewood returned to Gibson after the 2011 federal seizure. Gibson introduced the tan Series II in 2014; some later sales listings date individual examples to 2013.
