2016–2017 Gibson Flying V T and HP
The Traditional and High Performance versions of Gibson’s mid-2010s production Flying V, with the HP adding modern playability hardware.
Gibson divided its 2016 USA lineup into Traditional (T) and High Performance (HP) versions. The Flying V T retained conventional hardware and controls, while the HP added a zero-fret nut, fast-access neck heel, G-Force tuners and other modern features. The 2017 T continued the traditional branch with a grenadillo fingerboard and Dirty Fingers pickups.
