Gibson Flying V model details
2026 Gibson Tom Petty Flying V 50th Anniversary
Gibson introduced this limited-edition model to mark 50 years of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Gibson says its five finishes are inspired by the Heartbreakers logo on the cover of the band’s 1976 debut album. The product description identifies this as a commemorative anniversary model; it does not say the design was based on a specific Flying V played by Petty.
