1969 Gibson Flying V Walnut Batch
The walnut-finished final batch of the 1967–1970 Flying V series, built in 1969.
Gibson’s fifth and final batch of the second-generation Flying V was built in 1969 and finished in Walnut. The batch is a notable finish variation within the 175-guitar 1966–1970 run. Walnut-finished examples are also reported in earlier batches, so the batch of 35 should not be confused with a total count of every walnut V.
